My client is looking for a Returns Co-Ordinator to join their team, this is an hands on operational role. Which will help the processes within the warehouse, to ensure the processes are efficient and run smoothly.
Duties:
* Coordinate orders, despatch, returns and reconciliation
* To liaise with internal teams including sales,
* Check all equipment is in good technical condition
* Ensure all equipment is marked and logged
* Raise discrepancy reports with the account handlers
* Ensure proof of delivery notes are filed
* Liaise with suppliers
* When required assist the returns team in unloading of vehicles
* Produce reports
Attributes:
* Ability to pick up technical product knowledge
* Excel skills
