About the pub
The Dragonfly is a well loved community site. A modern built venue, the Dragonfly has a central bar with feature cake cabinet at the end. Now offers a Sunday only carvery, as core menu performs well with guests. Outside there is a children's play area and garden to the front with a side patio, and a beer garden to the rear. The Dragonfly truly is the heart of the community locally.
Currently the Dragonfly is averaging £25,500 in weekly sales with a65/35 food to wet sales mix. The pub is known for its amazing guest experience and we are looking for a strong operator ideally with carvery experience to continue to build on the businesses' success.
Live in available - 3 bedroom 1st floor flat in great condition.
