Chase Taylor Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join as a National Sales Manager for one the country’s leading fabricators of Timber Alternative Sash windows.
Our client has been successfully manufacturing timber alternative sash windows for over 30 years for the trade and commercial markets. They are known for their outstanding quality products and good working culture.
This role would suit an experience trade sales professional that currently working within the windows & doors/ fenestration sector.
The role responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Continue and establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
* Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Forecasts.
* Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
* Liaise with Marketing and Product Development Departments to ensure brand consistency is maintained.
* Constantly ensuring that you are up to date with new product launches
* Attending Client Meetings and Delivering Presentations
The candidates skills and experience:
* Current career experience working as a regional/area sales manager within the trade/commercial fenestration industry sectors
* Good technical skills to showcase/present company products
* Excellent customer service and organisational skills
* Must be willing to travel and have a full UK driving license
* Drive and Enthusiasm is essential with a proactive approach to everything
* Sales and target driven to meet company KPI’s and PBs
* Must currently reside in the UK
