Digital Operations Product Specialist
Remote (With very occasional travel)

The Digital Operations Product Specialist function plays a vital role in thesuccess of our Digital products by ensuring that all operational considerationsare taken and required product level support is provided through testing,documentation and training.
As a member of the Digital Operations Product Specialist team, you will workwith the product and operational teams in protectingthe reputation of our DigitalProduct portfolio and help us to provide our guests with fantastic experienceswith memories which last a lifetime.

What you will be doing:
Responsibility for providingproject assistance to each of the assigned product squads to ensure productsuccess
- Supportingand owning the operational readiness of new/changed products throughdocumentation and training
- Owningthe operational knowledge required within the Digital Operations function tobetter support the Digital-owned critical products and services (KnowledgeManagement)
- Complete business critical tasks to assist with product Go-live successand ongoing BAU support.
- Trainingpark teams in the use of Digital Products and Platforms to ensure a smoothtransition
- Raising operational awareness around products on the run up to live.
- Quality testing crucial changes prior to deployment to our team andcustomers.

What we’d like you to bring:
- Previous experience providing project/product support within a Digitaloriented organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product-related tasks.
- Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge articles .
- Able to work autonomously to complete any and all tasks assigned.
- Customer-centric approach.
