The role
Our Technology teamare on a transformational journey, including modernising all our retail systemson Park. As an EPoS Analyst, you will define, build, test and support, thebusiness in finding the right solution, collaborating with teams across the business.
As part of theAgile Technology team you will spend a lot of time talking to your customersacross the business to determine the best course of action to help them solvetheir problems. Your inquisitive mind will help guide them.

YourOpportunity
- To learn, developand become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Defining thebusiness opportunity
- Defining thebusiness processes and operational value streams the technical solutionssupport
- Collaboratingwith the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptancecriteria
- Participating inplanning and create Iteration plans
- Conductingresearch, design, prototype, and other exploration activities
- Creating andtesting the work products defined by their features
- Deploying thework products to staging and production

Whatwe’d like you to bring:
- Proficiency inZonal Business systems, or a similar Epos package
- Experience insimilar Product Operations, Helpdesk or Contact Centre role
- Experience ofhospitality or a similarly fast-paced industry, such as retail, would bebeneficial
- Excellentcommunication skills – you will be working with colleagues across the business
- Logical thinkingand a solutions oriented mindset
