Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our prestigious restaurant located in the beautiful area of Richmond. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and have a strong background in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.
* Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and manage budgets, including labour costs and expenses.
* Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve their best.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
