We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at our charming restaurant in Richmond, North Yorkshire. If you are passionate about hospitality and have a proven track record in restaurant management, we want to hear from you

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

* Support the management and development of the team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.

* Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene are consistently maintained.

* Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.

* Assist in the management of inventory and ordering supplies.

* Help implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

* Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry.

* Strong leadership and team-building skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
