The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for storing, optimising, delivering and control of spare parts and consumables for the site.nThe Warehouse Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining various databases incl. SAP, PPE, lifting equipment and tooling etc.nMaintain an understanding of the Ørsted Energy standard policies and strategies and relevant responsibilities of the job.nKey TasksMobilizationn- Urgent picks in the morningn- Bring all urgent spares, tools and PPE to the quayside by forkliftn- Crane all items to the vesseln- Maintain all SAP related tasks for Mob processDe-Mobn- Urgent picks in the afternoonn- Bring all spares, tools and PPE to the quayside by forkliftn- Crane all relevant items from the vesseln- Bring all spares, tools and PPE to the warehouse by forkliftn- Maintain all SAP related tasks for Mob processGoods receiving including SAPn- Physically put the parts on shelvesn- Document everything in SAPPick and Pack service kits for the planned servicen- Document everything in SAPHandle Warranty parts.n- Make paper, pack and send to supplier and back againn- Document in SAP and Techdoc if necessaryTools & PPEn- Make sure that tool kits are 100% complete for the jobn- Test tools if necessaryn- Verify PPE that they live up to HSE demandn- Call in tools & PPE which are due for calibrationn- Document, pack and send tools & PPE to suppliern- Receive Tools & PPE and handle calibration certificate according to ISO 55001n- Document calibration in SAPDo electrical test for electrical equipmentn- Document in TechdocnWaste management handlingn- Sort wasten- Contact supplier for waste pick upn- Document waste amount and type in EagleUnpack return goods from yesterdayn- Categorize in Scrap, Warranty or Refurbishn- Document in SAP and put back to shelves or quarantine stockHandle Refurbishment itemsn- Make paper, pack and send to supplier and back againn- Document in SAP and Techdoc if necessaryDangerous goods handlingn- Make documentation and secure according to specificationn- Instruct and survey vessel fuel filling according to safety and environment standardHouseholdn- Carry out daily household at the warehouse according to 6S lean principaln- Carry out household in the yard at siten- Supply the site with consumables like: water, toilet paper etcHV maintenancen- Responsible for pick, pack and send tool & PPE to supplier for calibrationn- Receive Tools & PPE and handle calibration certificate according to ISO 55001n- Help with HV Mob and De-MobSAPn- Perform substantial SAP related tasks dailyn- Keep track of supply chain for sparesn- Create manual requisitions of tools & PPE and non WTG consumables (Not System generated)n- Follow up on Purchase Order and invoicesSupport cross siten- Pick, pack and send spares for potential turbine downSite relatedn- Participate in HSE meetings/training and Emergency Response Plann- Participate in site meetingsno Daily performance meeting, weekly and monthly ad hoc meetings, Town hallOSC (Operations Supply Chain) relatedn- Warehouse coordinator seminarTraining & educationn- Maintain certificate for truck, craning, dangerous goods etc. Training/educationn- Ensure the validity of own safety certificates: Global Wind Organisations Standard Basic Safety Training (BST) etc.Synergin- Conduct synergi cases for improvement initiatives Warehouse/siten- Be synergi owner and responsible for execution/implementationAd hocn- Local supplier contactn- Pick up components and items a local suppliern- Handle subcontractor spares, tools & PPE in campaignsn· Be Proactive in maintaining competence level required for the job
