We are recruiting for an Audio-Visual Resource Planner to work within a rapidly expanding Audio-Visual company based in Maidenhead. This role is office-based and all applicants must be local to Maidenhead.
Resource Planner: Brief Overview of Role:
Planning the effective utilisation of the installation and service workforce, manpower forecasting, scheduling, and deployment.
The Role, Knowledge & Key Skills
Weekly
Scheduling of staff engineers for all Installation Projects
Communicating with the engineering team
Resourcing & scheduling of sub-contractors
Arrangement of travel and accommodation for engineering staff
Monitoring regularly for cost savings and efficiencies
IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development
Supporting project management team on effective resourcing
Submitting engineers’ timesheets for reviews and reporting
Essential:

Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines
A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
