Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who aspires to be a Teacher? 
GSL Education is currently looking for an experienced Year 2 Teaching Assistant for one of our client Primary schools in Tower Hamlets . The school is looking for someone who can start after straight away and has experience working with individuals and small groups of children.
About the Teaching Assistant role:  
You will be working closely with the class teacher in Year 2 to motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.
Supporting children with special educational needs
Individual support should be provided to students in small groups to ensure learning is taking place
Ideal Teaching Assistant will:
Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
Support pupils who have special educational needs
Have basic understanding of childhood development and steps to support children of various ages
Be helping pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.
Be able to work as part of a team
Good written and oral skills
