This role offers you the chance to take on a senior position, managing the financial aspects of residential projects and driving their success.
In this role, you will oversee all cost-related functions for residential schemes, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts.
You should have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in residential projects and a proven track record of managing complex schemes. Excellent commercial acumen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders are essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus a comprehensive package, with significant opportunities for career advancement and professional development within a respected regional contractor.
