Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our established commercial team in the Exeter area.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial/financial functions on assigned projects, including contract administration, supply chain procurement, and cost management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, with experience in managing projects up to £10m and a thorough understanding of the CVR process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial/financial functions on assigned projects
  • Contract administration, including JCT and D&B
  • Supply chain procurement and relationship development
  • CVR process management
  • Site measurements and valuations
  • Cost and value management to successful completion

Requirements:

  • Regional or Tier 1 Quantity Surveying background
  • Experience in managing projects up to £10m
  • Strong understanding of the CVR process
  • Experience in delivering successful and profitable projects
  • Full driving license
