At SIRPLUS, we're passionate about slow fashion and committed to sustainable growth. We are seeking a Boutique Store Manager who can take ownership of one of our London stores, driving sales, maintaining impeccable customer service, and ensuring that our brand continues to thrive.
Mission:
As a Boutique Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our London stores. Your role will include:
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilitynHire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performancenMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storenOversee stock and store operationsnManaging the visual display of the store to showcase our products beautifullynReviewing sales and feedback, collaborating with the line manager, buying, merchandising, and marketing teams to meet brand goalsnMaintaining POS systems, including iPads, card machines, and marketing materialsnOrdering supplies as necessary to keep the store running smoothlynMaintaining a high level of customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectationsnRegularly reviewing our procedures and suggesting improvementsnHandling refunds/exchanges efficientlynLiaising with our Warehouse Team to ensure orders are processed smoothly

A charismatic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.nDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsnStrong customer service and communication abilitiesnPassion for sustainable fashion and knowledge of current industry trendsnExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsnAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentnSelf-starter mentality, capable of working independentlynFlexibility to worknCustomer centric with a positive attitudenCurrently working as a Supervisor/ Assistant manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
