About the role:

  • Lead and manage one of our London stores, driving sales, ensuring top-notch customer service, and contributing to the continuous success of our brand.

Mission:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a London store.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and achieving sales goals to boost profitability.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating store employees.
  • Ensuring the store maintains a neat and attractive appearance.
  • Overseeing stock and store operations.
  • Managing visual displays to showcase products beautifully.
  • Reviewing sales and feedback to meet brand goals.
  • Maintaining POS systems, including iPads and card machines.
  • Ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Regularly reviewing procedures and suggesting improvements.
  • Handling refunds/exchanges efficiently.
  • Coordinating with the Warehouse Team for smooth order processing.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and a customer-centric, positive attitude.
  • Current experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead staff training and development, aiming to enhance client loyalty and brand presence with a customer-centric approach.

Details:

  • Offering sales commission, bonuses, and a clothing allowance.
  • 50% staff discount on premium products.
  • Located in central London.
  • Salary: £27.5k - £31k annually.
