Our client, based in Warwick, is a leading automotive supplier that enjoys an enviable reputation for its expertise and is now looking for a Automotive Parts Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday-Friday, on-site. The ideal candidate would have experience working in the automotive industry and possess knowledge of automotive engineering and parts. In addition to this, they are looking for a great problem solver and someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that can further develop your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting and resolving technical queries.
Providing customer care via telephone or email.
Provide product support for different automotive parts.
Respond to web queries and forward relevant queries for the north region.
Assist with events and trade shows.
Follow up with the sales team and provide support with sales as and when required.
Follow reporting procedures in line with the business and share ideas on how to improve.
Become a diagnostics team viewer expert. Key Skills & Experience:
Provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge of most Microsoft Applications
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
Committed team player.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Able to build trust with stakeholders and understand the customer's perspective. Additional Information:
