Position: Site Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager with water experience to join our Construction team. Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the on-site team to ensure the safe execution of all operational activities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental (HSQE) standards, as well as ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all site operations, ensuring they are carried out with consideration for the local community and the traveling public.
Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team, fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
Promote cost-effective management practices through efficient use of resources.
Develop, review, and update realistic project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Prepare, review, brief, and update method statements and risk assessments.
Ensure all “as constructed” records are accurately provided to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File promptly after project completion.
Participate in all required training related to site management duties, including courses on temporary works and other relevant topics.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
SMSTS certification
CSCS Site Supervisor/Manager certification
Experience in the Wastewater Treatment Industry
Desirable:
First Aid at Work certification
Temporary Works Coordinator qualification
Confined Space certification
EUSR SHEA Water qualification
