Inclusive Consulting are exclusively partnered with our West Midlands-based client in their search for a commercially astute Managing Director. This is a rare opportunity that will require the signing of a non-disclosure agreement should you progress.
Our client is a leading name in their sector who are now embarking upon a period of significant organic and acquisitive growth which will be critical to the realisation of their longer-term strategy and expansion.
As part of this journey, they are now looking for an exceptional Managing Director with the necessary commercial acumen and gravitas to help drive through this vision. You will be an inspiring and talented leader with the ability to spearhead growth.
You will proactively partner with the company’s investors to innovate processes and maximise existing opportunities while also recognizing and seizing opportunities for economic and geographic expansion to bolster future growth and success.
Alongside full P&L responsibility, you will be a natural pioneer in developing business strategies, driving growth targets, inspiring and driving the performance of the winder teams including sales and finance, and setting and controlling project budgets.
Due to the seniority of this opportunity, we are seeking a candidate with prior experience at Director level with demonstrable prior experience of full P&L responsibility with significant commercial exposure. You will be a confident and competent leader who can simultaneously challenge and inspire the wider teams to continuously innovate and progress.
