We are part of the 15,000 strong Reply group, working with leading enterprise clients designing, building, and delivering best-in-class websites and applications for an impressive roster of household-name clients.
Proven experience leading successful teams and delivering high quality software products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues and optimise performance.
Experience working in and Agile environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field and Consultancy experience is beneficial.
Experienced in SPA development.
Lead and grow the UK frontend development team, providing guidance, feedback and support.
Define and implement best practices, coding standards and development processes to ensure scalability and performance of our frontend codebase.
Stay current with the latest technologies, advocating for adoption of new tools and techniques that enhance productivity and improve user experience. Manage projects from conception to delivery, effectively communicating updates on status, risks and opportunities with both internal and external stakeholders.
Keep hands on code: react web development, bug-fixing, integration with API and CMS, writing unit-tests.
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance testing to identify and address issues early in the development lifecycle.
Flexible working: Hybrid working: wfh 3-4 days a week
