Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join one of our Peterborough based clients on a 6 month fixed term contract
Daily duties of the Housing Complaints Officer consists of:
Assisting with the investigation of complaints on behalf of customers, ensuring they are updated periodically with any progress made on their case
Handling customers complaints in regards to repairs and maintenance
Acknowledging complaints within process timescales
Ensuring all complaints are effectively recorded on the inhouse database
Monitoring and tracking complaint cases
Creating customer feedback reports to analyse ongoing process improvements
Dealing with all ad hoc administrationEssential experience of the Housing Complaints Officer:
Experienced in dealing with customers complaints
