As an Executive Support Assistant at Gloucestershire County Council, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to Senior Leaders and their teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Your keen attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands will be essential in meeting deadlines and addressing urgent requests effectively. Moreover, your role will require you to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care and integrity. About You Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills; be organised and efficient, as well as being diplomatic; able to deal with sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost trust.  Communicating effectively, proactively managing a diverse and varied workload, you will need to meet tight internal and external deadlines, whilst juggling priorities, in a flexible and adaptable way.
