The Role

As a highly skilled Full-stack Developer , comfortable with both front and back-end programming, you will be responsible for developing and designing front end architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications. You will work alongside designers for design features, among other duties, to support a major digital transformation programme. The Programme size is approximately 50 resources in an onshore-offshore working model.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop front end architecture & back-end applications.
  • Design user interactions.
  • Ensure cross-platform optimization, supporting cross functional team.
  • Create cloud-based deployment plans and artifacts to deliver and support new products and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of applications.
  • Develop and maintain the technical architecture and design of applications.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps principles and practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.


Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Hands on experience on deploying application on cloud platform.
  • Expertise in building applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, nextJS.
  • Experienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap.
  • Hands on experience of version control platforms such as GitHub.
  • Strong experience of building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Experience working with deployment tools like UCD.
  • Hands on experience writing Unit Tests using frameworks like Jest, JUnit etc.


Good to have:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the entire application stack.
  • A sound understanding of architecture principles and best-practice deployment patterns.
  • Experience of working with client side as well as server-side solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles and practices. Open shift Cloud Platform and Azure Cloud platform exposure is good to have.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
