THE ROLE
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives? We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support young children in their transition into the academic year
Full-time position with the potential for permanency
Transitioning Nursery & Reception children into the academic year
Provide 1:1 and small group intervention sessions
Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists and parents to develop and implement personalised learning plans
THE REQUIREMENTS
Some TA experience would be useful but not essential as full training provided
Understanding of special educational needs and the ability to support students accordingly
Ability to be flexible and creative
Passionate about making a difference
Dedicated, nurturing,  inspiring & engaging
Create a safe calm and positive environment for the pupil
Patience, empathy and a positive attitude.
