Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work 1:1 with a student with Autism, supporting their learning and transition into Secondary Education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with Autism, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Psychology Graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with Autism or similar special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Competitive daily rate of £100 (inclusive of Holiday Pay).
