Role DescriptionnThis is a part-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Co-Lab Engineering. As an Executive Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks. This includes providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, handling customer service inquiries, and overseeing office administration duties. Your role will contribute to the efficient operation and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:nProviding essential support to the MD and wider team on a daily basisnManaging diaries, arranging travel, and coordinating accommodationnEfficiently handling email correspondence and managing expensesnTaking minutes and preparing reports for executive meetingsnPrioritising tasks and ensuring efficient workflow for the executive teamnPerforming general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:nMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Personal Assistant rolenMust be able to obtain SC clearance and DBS checksnProficiency in MS Office suite and ability to quickly learn company-specific softwarenExcellent multitasking abilities and strong organisational skillsnClear and consistent communication skills, both verbal and writtennProactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentnOwn transportnFluent in English

Qualifications:nGCSEs in English, Mathematics, and Science at grades A-C (or 4-9)nAdditional qualifications in Business Administration or related fields are desirable but not essential

Salary Rangen£24,000.00 per year pro rata
