You’ll play a key role in helping individuals build skills, confidence, and independence, supporting them to succeed in their roles across various departments, including 3PL, gardening, and domestic teams. You'll work closely with individuals and teams, offering one-to-one and group-based support, tracking progress against personal development goals, and helping ensure targets are met. This is a hands-on role requiring empathy, adaptability, and a strong desire to help others grow. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 and group support based on individual development plans. Use coaching and mentoring techniques to support colleagues’ personal and professional growth. Support training, induction, and mandatory learning requirements. Help track progress and outcomes using data and reporting tools. Collaborate with internal teams and managers to ensure smooth, supportive employment experiences. Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture across the Trust. About you Experience in a support worker or similar person-centred role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in handling sensitive conversations. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others. IT literacy, including Microsoft Office. GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills. A flexible and proactive approach to changing priorities.
