Role Overview:nFinatal is supporting a PE backed infrastructure services business, seeking an FP&A Manager to support the wider FP&A team in a is a pivotal role involving strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:n· Assist the Head of FP&A with the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.n· Lead the preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.n· Business partner with senior leaders across the business to provide financial insights and support for decision-making processes.n· Monitor and analyse KPIs to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.n· Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, board meetings, and investors.n· Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.n· Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.n· Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.n· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:nACA qualified with a strong academic background.nProven industry experience in an FP&A role, ideally within a services business.nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders.nProficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.nExperience with financial reporting systems and tools.nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
