Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Contract Duration: 24th June 2024 to 30th September 2024
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Materials Management Assistant to join the team at a prestigious hospital in Ascot, Berkshire. This temporary role is to cover a long-term absence within our Procurement department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing IMS ordering and logistics services
* Receiving, picking, packing, and delivering all consumable products to the hospital site
* Ensuring efficient and timely supply chain operations
About the Role: As a Materials Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our procurement services. Your daily tasks will involve handling various logistical duties to ensure that all consumable products are effectively managed and delivered throughout the hospital.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Prior experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using IMS or similar inventory management systems
