The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified to at least level 3, ideally with a desire to progress to level 5. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a highly customer focused HR team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Delivering an excellent service to Directors, Managers and employees in all daily operations of the department.
* Maintaining all HR related matters in accordance with current employment law and company procedures.
* Responsible for maintaining all administration relating to employee electronic files, employee relations and policies and procedures with accuracy and consistency.
* Assisting the payroll department where required with preparing of employee payroll data.
* Undertaking all general Human Resources administration supporting the HR Manager and advisors.
* Assist in the administration of recruitment and selection of staff.
* Taking minutes of meetings, transcribing and producing for review and approval.
* Producing invites and outcome letters for performance reviews, disciplinaries etc.
* Other general Human Resource Administration duties.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
* CIPD Qualified to at least level 3, ideally wanting to progress to level 5.
* Experience of working within a HR department.
* Experience in taking minutes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am-5:00pm. This is a full time, on site position and hybrid working will not be considered.
