Maintenance Manager


Salary: $63,000 DOE + overtime

Location: Central Derbyshire


About – Maintenance Manager

My client is a well renowned brand with an iconic portfolio of successful businesses, operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in central Derbyshire

As a Maintenance Engineer or Technician, you’ll provide site-based engineering support to minimise downtime, ensure uptime, and availability of the installed automated equipment on site


Job Description – Maintenance Manager

  • Management of team of between 10-20 engineers / techs
  • Fault-finding / Troubleshooting
  • Performance Management
  • Scheduling and taking part in planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Conduct shift hand over meetings
  • Reporting in line with CMMS system



Qualifications / Experience – Maintenance Manager

  • Relevant engineering qualification – BTEC, HNC, HNC, Degree
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • A background in electrical or mechanical or electro-mechanical
  • Any experience of working with automated systems would be a bonus
