As our new SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including on or some of the following special needs ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic support system that promotes each child's development.
Help manage classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement and restorative practices to create a calm and productive learning environment.
Support pupils with personal care and mobility, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued at all times.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the close-knit community that makes our school in Ealing so special.What Can SENDhelp offer you, as our new SEN Teaching Assistant:
