Job Title: Project Administrator We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office and Project Administrator to join our growing interior design and fit-out team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position, supporting both day-to-day office operations and ongoing project delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the management and project teams. Coordinate documentation, schedules, and communication between clients, suppliers, and contractors. Assist with project tracking, timelines, and reporting to ensure smooth delivery. Manage office supplies, records, and correspondence. Support with quotations, purchase orders, and invoice processing. Help maintain project files and ensure compliance with company procedures. Contribute to the organisation of team meetings, site visits, and client presentations. About You Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within construction, interiors, or design.
