The Role:

As Head of Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all operational aspects, from setting strategic goals to day-to-day management. Your responsibilities will include:

Contributing to corporate strategy to ensure alignment with short and long-term objectives.
Directing and motivating our operations staff, ensuring they are equipped and trained to deliver excellence.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Managing operational budgets to promote profitability and resource optimisation.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to service standards.
Championing a safe and healthy working environment across the business.
Maintaining effective working relationships with senior management to support coordinated efforts in achieving corporate objectives.
Evaluating overall company performance through data analysis and interpretation.
Serving as the primary advisor on operational matters and staying updated on industry developments to maintain our competitive edge.About You:

Extensive operations management experience.
Planning and Scheduling experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Sound decision-making capabilities.
