  • Support HRBPs with employee relations matters, offering guidance on policies, best practices, and procedures.
  • Work closely with managers to monitor and manage long-term sickness cases, ensuring timely interventions and return-to-work processes.
  • Provide support during consultations or sensitive conversations with employees around leave or absence-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless execution of processes, such as issuing contracts and maintaining employee records.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and processes are followed in line with current legislation and best practices.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience in a similar Junior HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing maternity, paternity, and parental leave, as well as sickness and absence management.
  • Familiarity with UK employment law, particularly around leave and absence policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience working closely with HRBPs or senior HR stakeholders to support business needs.

What’s in it for You :

  • Be part of an innovative, collaborative team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • An opportunity to play a key role in supporting the employee experience and contributing to a culture of wellbeing and engagement.
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility.
  • Great opportunity for career development and working on impactful HR projects.
