SAP Transformation Director - “Shape the Future” - Salary Circa £150,000


Do you have the vision and expertise to lead transformation SAP programmes? Our client is looking for a SAP Transformation Director to drive business and IT change for large-scale SAP initiatives. From crafting propositions during the pre-sales phase to delivering impactful programmes and embedding change, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.


Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP transformation programmes, particularly in the design phase, focusing on end-to-end processes and benefits enabled by S/4HANA.

Be the primary contact for CxOs and executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships across various industries.

Shape and deliver S/4HANA programmes, including business cases and roadmaps, while steering innovation and agility.

Manage programme governance at a board level, often chairing steering group meetings.

Architect complex, business-led transformation solutions and lead high-performing, flexible teams.


What You’ll Need To Bring

Extensive SAP transformation experience, with deep knowledge of S/4HANA.

Proven leadership in both delivery and sales environments, comfortable managing complexity.

Strong understanding of the SAP market and an ability to shape and influence deals.

Familiarity with hybrid working models, building high-performing, adaptable teams.

Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed, you'll undergo BPSS security checks. There are no residency restrictions, although additional checks may apply if you have resided outside the UK in the last 3 years.
