Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing relationships with Bridal and Ready-to-Wear (RTW) clients, presenting new collections, and overseeing the daily operations related to account management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Whilst not exhaustive your responsibilities will include –
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.nEstablish and maintain preferred ways of working and communication with key stakeholders.nEstablish a strong knowledge of Jenny Packham products to better understand queries and advise customers.nProvide excellent customer service, including managing phone and email queries, booking appointments, completing orders, managing and resolving complaints, and ensuring all enquiries are responded to professionally and efficiently.
Client Acquisition and Presentation
Identify and reach out to potential Bridal and RTW prospects and opportunities to help drive sales.nShowcase new Bridal and RTW collections.
Account Management
Oversee and manage client accounts on a daily basis, and addressing any issues promptly.nMaintain databases with up-to-date client information.nSend out product samples to as needed .nSample management including overseeing, planning and liaising with stockists on a weekly basis, updating sample monitor, events, customer publications, trunk shows, in-store model events, staff trainings and stock returns.nSales Reporting: Produce and analyse weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports to monitor sales, highlight trends and inform the sales team of any other key data to inform decision making.
Photography Coordination
Monitoring items that need to be photographed for Farfetch.nScheduling photography slots and ensure timely completion.nLogistics - pack and send out samples for photography sessions.
Sales Campaign Organisation
Prepare Carnet documents.nCreate and manage price lists.nIntern Recruitment: Assist in recruiting interns to support the sales team, head office and for specific sales events.nBooking travel arrangements including tickets, models, and hotels.nLogistics Management: Coordinate van deliveries.nPR Coordination - liaise with the PR team on assets and identify key sales trends that could be targeted for marketing campaigns.nKey Customer Support - preparation for events including PowerPoint, excel, etc. presentations, staff training, merchandising, model events and trunk show.nShowroom preparation including creating a detailed timetable
of appointments, pricelists, lookbooks and minisheets, preparing showroom materials, sample management, models, interns, research travel/accommodation, swing tags, show tickets, etc.
Person Specification
Experience in a fast paced and varied Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager role, preferably in a luxury fashion brandnA proactive team player with a Can-Do attitude, lots of initiativenA natural planner who is well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressurenAbility to work on own initiative with minimal supervisionnFlexible and adaptable – comfortable with changing and competing prioritiesnExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtennOutstanding customer service skills – ‘aim to please’ attitudenA good eye for detailnStrong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to collate and interpret datanExcellent IT skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)nAmbitious and drivennWritten and/or spoken French language skills would be a distinct advantage
