Position Overview:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of the company. You will lead a talented team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, driving innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of our cloud and AI infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, AI technologies, and large-scale infrastructure management, along with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business goals and market trends.

Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud and AI infrastructure solutions.

Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the company’s technology platforms.

Collaborate with other executive leaders to identify and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the company’s products and services.

Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, system architecture, and project management.

Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven company, preferably within the cloud computing or AI sector.

Strong background in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and large-scale distributed systems.

Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performance engineering teams.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Proven track record of driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
