A leading fintech firm, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives and help achieve their ambitious growth goals. With a competitive salary of £50,000 plus benefits, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the B2B fintech sector
Manage and optimize company websites to enhance user experience, SEO performance, and conversion rates
Implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Conduct marketing analysis and performance tracking to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization
Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, to engage and educate our target audienceWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
Experience in the fintech industry or within the financial sector would be highly beneficial
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analysis tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
