Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading electronic equipment at various collection sites.
  • Sorting and organising electronic equipment on shelves for easy access and identification.
  • Documenting inventory and maintaining accurate records in our system.
  • Labelling all assets clearly and accurately.
  • Researching electronic equipment to identify make, model, specifications, etc.
  • Testing electronic equipment to ensure functionality.
  • Online research for information about various items.
  • Photographing and listing items for sale.
  • Packaging and preparing orders for shipment once sold.
  • Carrying out electronic equipment repairs (basic electronic tools knowledge required).
  • Testing repaired equipment to ensure functionality post-repair.


Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and an organized mind.
  • Basic yet passionate understanding of electronics and their components.
  • Strength and endurance to engage with the physical aspects of the role.
  • Computer proficiency for inventory brilliance and detective-like online research.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a bonus but not a necessity.
  • Ability to lift and shift heavy items around the warehouse storage systems.
