Methods are looking for a Data Analysis Specialist to work on an initial 7 month contract with a fantastic client of ours.nThe engagement will run for 7 months, with a view to extend further.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:nThe Data Analysis Specialist role is primarily focused on running, extending and enhancing data analytics with Data Analyst.nAs a Data Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for generating data report and get providing insight to senior management with digitalized documents.nAlso, Using various systems to gather information such as SCM and ERP.nReporting to the Data Analyst who will work closely with you and supporting team to deliver to achieve key targets. And you will be involved in various different work streams.nYou will need to be able to hit the ground running and pick up in-flight workstream.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:nthe Data Analyst during each task-stream and initiatives are set up for successful delivery.nrequirements, design, and implement data pipelines for extraction, transformation and loading of data.nand acquire data from various relevant systems.nof datasets to pull-out insights and share findings to stakeholdersnraw data into structure to be utilised internally for various purposes.nvarious reports to provide insights and correct information to senior stakeholders
DIMENSIONS:nMaintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisonsnNo. of communication partners: circa 20
EDUCATION:nEducated to degree level or equivalent
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:nEssential –nof the MS Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)nacademic background in numerical related fields such as maths, statistics etc.nin data gathering and proposal write-upsnthinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quicklynand methodical working practices and ability to pick things up quicklynKorean/English Speaking, Reading and Writing skillsnto work collaboratively within the analytics teamnstrong relationship building and influencing skillsninterpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE:nEssential –nyears of exposed to the MS Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)nExcel skills to super user level. E.g pivot tables, data queriesnand query large unstructured datasets and provide meaningful insight and reporting metrics
Advantage -nsubject matter expert who is fully versed with our processes and platformsnindustry experience analysing customer data in a D2C (Direct to Consumer) marketing focused team.nof eCommerce business and processesnteam player with a strong mix of skill and culture experience
HOURS OF WORK:nhour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and specific projects.ndays office / 2 days home hybrid workingntravel to European offices may be necessary
