Methods are searching for a skilled Data Analysis Specialist to join our team on a 7-month contract with an amazing client.

This engagement will last for 7 months initially, with possible extensions.

The role falls Inside IR35.

JOB PURPOSE:

The primary focus of the Data Analysis Specialist position is to run, expand, and improve data analytics alongside the Data Analyst.

As a Data Analysis Specialist, you will create data reports, provide insights to senior management through digital documents, and utilize systems like SCM and ERP to gather information.

You will collaborate closely with the Data Analyst and support team to meet targets and participate in various workstreams.

You should be ready to start immediately and take on existing workstreams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure successful delivery of tasks and initiatives.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Extract data from relevant systems.
  • Analyze datasets to uncover insights and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Transform raw data into a structured format for internal use.
  • Create reports to offer insights and accurate information to senior stakeholders.

OTHER ASPECTS:

Maintain strong relationships with all key contacts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree-level education or equivalent.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Essential –

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Background in numerical fields such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
  • Experience with data collection and proposal development.
  • Adaptability and quick learning.
  • Methodical work ethic and swift grasp of new concepts.
  • Fluency in Korean/English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an analytics team.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.

Advantageous –

  • Relevant certificates.

EXPERIENCE:

Essential –

  • Years of experience with the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data queries.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights and reports.

Advantageous –

  • Subject matter expert familiar with our processes and platforms.
  • Experience analyzing customer data in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing team.
  • Understanding of eCommerce business and operations.
  • Team player with a combination of skills and cultural experience.

WORKING HOURS:

  1. 40-hour week with some weekend and evening work for emergencies and specific projects.
  • 3 days in the office / 2 days remote work.
  • Possible travel to European offices.
