The tenancy department and our contact department are at the vanguard of our new service offer that focuses on the customer experience, maximises digital services for key transactions, and targets our resources to support those in greatest need and those at greatest risk of tenancy failure.nAs our customer relations partner catering in independent living, you will support the provision of a catering service for customers over the age of 55 living in our designated schemes enabling them to live as independently as possible.nWhat will you be doing here?nYou will support and assist the Independent Living Catering Manager for our designated schemes for customers over the age of 55 ensuring service design and delivery is shaped to support customers to live as independently as possible.nYou will assist in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and catering service in our independent living schemes ensuring a good quality and value for money.nYou will prepare and cook food in accordance with menus, consulting customers and assisting with special catering functions.nYou will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a customer led, seamless service to all including volunteers, residents and external customers using the restaurant.nYou will ensure that you are fully aware of your safeguarding responsibilities and direct referrals to the tenancy team and/ or other appropriate authority.nYou will support the digitalisation of services within the independent living team and customers living in our schemes.nYou will ensure that you operate in line with key policies and procedures particularly those relating to health and safety and data protection.nYou will positively support activities that help promote our new culture and behaviours.nYou are available to work out of office hours, weekends and bank holidays to meet the needs of the service.nWhen required you will deliver meals across our independent living schemes.nYou will support the Health & Wellbeing service.nSkills and experiencenVery high customer service ethic.nGood understanding of the needs and service requirements of older and other vulnerable people.nGood written and oral communication skills.nGood IT skills and understanding of how digital services can help improve the customer experience.nWell organised, self-disciplined.nFlexible and willing to adapt to change.nOpen to working out of office hours to meet the needs of the service.nWilling to embrace change.nQualifications and other requirementsnRelevant qualifications NVQ or equivalent (full or working towards).nExperience in a customer-focused service.nDriving licencenAccess to own vehicle (preferred).
