Location

Fast track your career

You will be part of our sales performance programme, being led by our dedicated Performance & Development Manager and supported by our directors, leadership team and other successful recruitment consultants. The programme will take you through each stage of the recruitment process, providing coaching through our ‘Personal Trainer’ style to enable you to develop the skills to become a future top biller and leader. We will challenge you to be the best: Cold calling, identifying new opportunity and winning your own new business is a mustnCold callingnIdentifying the top candidates in your marketnGenerating leads to identify new opportunitiesnPitching to, negotiating with and winning new businessnPartner with hiring managers at your clients to understand their hiring needs and fill their rolesnWorking towards and achieving weekly and monthly targets
