- Cold calling
- Identifying the top candidates in your market
- Generating leads to identify new opportunities
- Pitching to, negotiating with and winning new business
- Partner with hiring managers at your clients to understand their hiring needs and fill their roles
- Working towards and achieving weekly and monthly targets
- Recent graduate / Sales experience
- Achiever – High performer in something that you have done
- Grit – Recruitment is tough and we are not quitters
