Our client is a rapidly growing SME backed by private equity, executing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. With a focus on acquisition and integration, they are seeking a skilled Transaction Services Consultant to support their buy-side M&A activities.

Job Description:

As a Transaction Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of our client's aggressive buy-and-build strategy. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:nConducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets to assess their financial performance, risks, and opportunities.nAssisting in the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing synergies.nCollaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to evaluate and execute transactions.nProviding financial analysis and support to the deal team throughout the transaction lifecycle.nDeveloping financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions and post-acquisition performance monitoring.nSupporting the development and implementation of M&A strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred.nPrevious experience (3+ years) in transaction services, M&A advisory, or restructuring within a Big 4 accounting firm or reputable financial advisory firm.nStrong financial analysis and modeling skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.nProven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.nSelf-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.nExperience in the private equity or corporate development space is desirable but not essential.
