Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Assist in negotiating job offers
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. About You
