Not a run-of-the-mill care position, Bluebird Care Worthing is looking to build something incredible for our customers and our staff. We believe in great customer service both internally and externally.
We currently have opportunities for full-time and part-time Care Assistants in the following areas: Rustington, Littlehampton, Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham, Rustington, East Preston, Goring, Ferring, Durrington and Findon.
We are looking for Care Assistants to primarily work during our peak hours of 7 am -1 pm, 4 pm - 10 pm

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
  • Providing personal care duties
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role
It isn't about previous experience. We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family.
But don't panic, we'll ensure you have all the right training and development because we care for our Care Assistants. After all, they care for our customers so it's important that you feel equipped for the role.

Weekdays £12.80
Weekends £13.80
Bank Holidays £25.60
Travel time £11.44
Mileage Allowance 40p per mile
In return, we do require a few things from you...These are:
  • A full driving license.
  • Your own transport (you will need to get to and from customers)
  • The ability to give 100% to our customers.
  • The ability to work every other weekend.
  • The right to work in the UK.

Due to the nature of the work we do require that all candidates hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
