* Supervising up to 15 multi disciplined worker within your team including trackmen, welders, RRV, plant operators etc.
* Able to maintain a safe working environment.
* Deliver work safely & to timescales
* Undertake meetings where required.
* Undertake site visits in preparation for Future works.
About You:
* You will have significant experience of working as a Track / Permanent Way maintenance worker.
* You will be ready for and looking for a Team Leader position.
* You will hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc.
* You will hold a full UK driving licence
* You will hold Track Hand Back 1 – 4
* You will hold Coss Competence
