About the Role Commis Chef at Kissing Gate Bar, Liverpool Airport
Pay Rate: £12.79  (£13.99 per hour for every hour worked between midnight and 6am)
Additional service charge added to your monthly salary
Shift pattern: Scheduled between 2am and midnight (Minimum of 24 hours per week)
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations
 
Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Helping with deliveries.
Preparing meats and vegetables.
Assisting fellow chefs.
Assisting in stock rotation.
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Effective time management for preparation and food service.
Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.
