The Role The ServiceNow Architect will play a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational changes of solution deployment. They will also be involved in the strategic discussion of increasing the TCS pipeline in the customer landscape. Your responsibilities: Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of ServiceNow. Participate in the Technical and Strategic board discussion. Evaluating business needs and aligning them with ServiceNow solutions. Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform. Providing industry-standard architectural points of view and solutions. Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives). Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Effective verbal and written communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences. A customer-focused approach to work. Ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies. Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively. Technical proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Strong knowledge & experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM, ITAM, CSDM. Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture satisfactory with client’s requirements. Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment. Ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies Excellent presentation skills. Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification. ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification. Java developer certification.
