In this role you will:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects.
• Utilise a range of training methods to engage learners, ensuring that the content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds.
• Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom and workshop environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among all delegates.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices, to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to delegates, developing them in their technical problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements, based on feedback and performance evaluations.
